Below are several dates provided by the Arkansas Secretary of State for the upcoming Voting Year in 2024! Not too early to prepare and mark your calendars.

FEBRUARY 19, 2024

Early voting begins for the Preferential Primary Election and shall be available between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Early voting ends at 5:00 pm on the Monday before the election. Ark. Code § 7-5-418(a)(1)(A)

MARCH 5, 2024

Deadline to apply to register to vote – Sunday, February 4, 2024*

APRIL 2, 2024

Deadline to apply to register to vote – Sunday, March 3, 2024*

The actual deadline is Monday, March 4, 2024, Ark. Code § 7-5-201(a); Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 51

October 21, 2024
